2. FLASHLIGHT MOVEMENT

WHAT YOU Demand:
flashlights - 1 for each kid or pass out a few and take turns
HOW TO PLAY:
See video of actions beneath, starting at 6:45.
Turn on the flashlight.
Brand circles to the right (I wonder when....angels sing).
FREEZE. OTHER WAY.
Make circles the other way (Volition earth...jump).
FREEZE. Now circle overhead.
Circle overhead (I wonder...than the remainder).
FREEZE. Overhead again simply circumvolve the other way. (Volition daylight...nest).
FREEZE. Back down hither and circle this manner
Circle every bit you started (I'g sure...knee).
FREEZE. Now circle the other direction (Because he....to me).
3. QUESTION Cantankerous OUT

WHAT YOU NEED:
Write sets of questions up on the board (see the question list in link HERE)

HOW TO PLAY:
Run into the game in action in the video ABOVE (start at viii:29)
SR. PRIMARY - As you sing, permit one child come up for each song phrase and circumvolve the question that matches the phrase and cross out the others.
JR. Chief - Instead of writing the questions, ask the kids before each phrase, to see if they can figure out which question you lot sing nearly. And so read Two of the questions, 1 that is correct and i that is wrong. (Ex: Does this stage ask most shepherds or herald angels?).
GAME VARIATION: Instead of words, use PICTURES - west hich pictures are not in the song (see #four SPOT Information technology beneath). Get the game in the song bundle HERE.
vi. HAND WAVES (WAVES OF THE SEA)
HOW TO PLAY:
Make small and big wave motions forward and back as singing.

RHYMING WORDS VARIATION, (you will need rhyming words strips or simply write up on the
board as y'all sing). [This is a expert 1 for Sr. Master]

Ask the kids to detect what word ends each phrase and meet if they tin can figure out the matching rhyming words.
x. SINGING IN THE ROUND

Assign each class ane of the questions to sing then anybody sings the last part together. Rotate the questions/phrases and repeat until every class has had a plow singing each of the questions. For move, you could take them stand and sing on their turn so sit down.
four CORNERS VARIATION:
Post each of the question phrases or visuals on each of the four walls around the room, e.g. one wall would have, "I wonder when he comes over again, will herald angels sing?", then the side by side wall would have posted, "Volition earth be white with drifted snow, or will the world know spring?" so forth. Assign each form to stand by i of the walls along with their instructor(s). Anybody turns around and faces you—you lot'll be standing in the center of the room. Song Visual Figures - make your ain or get them in the mega package hither.
HOW TO Utilize:
Tell the kids you lot take this thought bubble (prove it and concur it up above your head to the side), which will show what things we wonder near Jesus's second coming. And so sing the song as you put the figures in the idea bubble (two per phrase). So remove the figures and put them up on the lath equally you add the adjacent phrases figures to the idea bubble.
